Night Shelter

Night-Shelter-DBDOC

When the sunsets and the night draw near, street children become particularly vulnerable. They are deprived of the basic amenities in life. They do not have substantial food to feed, no proper shelter to protect them from the harsh weather, and the evil of the society. The problems they face on a daily basis can only be a nightmare for all of us.

Every evening, DBDOC opens its doors to at-risk and homeless youth for a safe place to stay. The objective of this program to help youth get re-established with family, on their own or in some other supportive arrangement while providing them with safe and secure shelter. We not only give them safe place to stay and daily meals, we also help them improve their mental health, learn important life skills, find employment, and secure stable future. We provide youth with the support they need to escape from the cycle of poverty and leave the streets behind.
